Our Backstages rules
1. Privacy and Green Room
There will be a designated private room for our lead singers, Adel and Tamin, to ensure their privacy and comfort. This private room should be secure and away from the general backstage area.
2.Dancers and Musicians Area
An exclusive area or room will be provided for our dancers and musicians to relax and prepare before the performance. This area should be well equipped and comfortable for our team.
3. Vegan Food and Drinks for Singers
All food and beverage options for Adel and Tamin must be 100% vegan. Please provide a variety of vegan meal options and beverages for their sustenance.
4. Non-Vegan Food and Drinks for Dancers and Musicians
Dancers and musicians may have non-vegan food and drinks, and options should be available for them as well.
5. Hygiene and Cleanliness
Maintain a clean and hygienic backstage area at all times.
Ensure that trash bins are readily available and emptied regularly.
6. Security and Access Control
Implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the backstage area.
Limit access to only essential personnel.
7. Dressing Room Etiquette
Respect dressing room assignments and the privacy of other artists if sharing a venue.
Keep dressing rooms tidy and organized.
8. Timely Performance
Adhere to the agreed-upon performance schedule to ensure the show runs smoothly.
9. Professional Conduct
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times while interacting with venue staff and fellow performers.
10. Emergency Contacts
Please provide contact information for the band’s designated representative for any immediate concerns or issues.
11. Emergency Evacuation Plan
Familiarize all team members with the venue’s emergency evacuation plan.
12. Communication with Venue Staff
Establish open and clear communication with venue staff to address any concerns promptly.
